However, in order to become a qualified technical engineer of RainMed, the new employee still needs to pass the basic engineer certification after half a year of practical operation and assessment. The overseas technical support services of RainMed team include: Product training, equipment installation guidance, software operation guidance, after-sales problem solving, etc.
