Recently, the 11-month fourth "Chip Award" of China Health Care Innovation Platform 2022 was officially held in Shanghai. After rigorous screening by more than 80 authoritative experts, RainMed Medical passed the test and stood out in nearly 300 innovative projects. Together with Innovent, RemeGen, Hutchison Pharmaceuticals and other leading enterprises in the industry, RainMed Medical won the "Medical Device Innovation Chip Award Nomination Award". This award highlights the superb product innovation ability and marketing of RainMed Medical, which is highly competitive in the industry.

Professor Yunlong Huo, the founding shareholder of RainMed, received the award on behalf of RainMed. At the meeting, Professor Huo announced that RainMed will launch the second commercial product, the non-interventional coronary microcirculation diagnosis product caIMR system. He also introduced the development of the first vascular interventional surgery robot covering the whole process of diagnosis and treatment in China, which has been widely discussed by experts and scholars.

RainMed Medical (Stock Code 2297.HK), founded in 2014, is a comprehensive surgical robotics company integrating design, R&D, sales and service with both hardware and software capabilities. According to Professor Yunlong Huo, RainMed Medical will continue to commercially launch its second blockbuster product next year -- the world's first non-interventional coronary microcirculation functional diagnostic product caIMR system. At present, caIMR system has completed the world's only confirmatory clinical trial. caIMR system breaks through the shortcomings of traditional guide wire-derived IMR measurement. It doesn’t require pressure guide wire, hyperemic agents and additional surgical operation. The IMR value can be calculated within an average of 5 minutes with an accuracy of 93.81%, which is safer, more efficient and simple, and brings a new opportunity to promote large-scale clinical application of coronary microcirculation assessment.

At the same time, Professor Huo pointed out that with the continuous development of strategic layout and product pipeline, RainMed Medical has successfully launched the automated vascular interventional surgery robot covering the whole process of diagnosis and treatment, and officially entered the animal testing stage. Currently, caFFR and caIMR are integrated into the FlashBot vascular Interventional surgery robot to act as the robot's eyes to help clinicians better observe the location of lesions and realize automate diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and other diagnostic functions. In the future, RainMed will expand the indications of FlashBot to coronary artery, cerebrovascular, renal vascular, pulmonary vascular, peripheral vascular, nerve and other parts, build carrier-class products in the field of vascular intervention, and provide a perfect integrated diagnosis and treatment plan for vascular disease intervention operating room.
