RainMed's non-invasive FFR physiology-guided revascularization by Dr. Ziad Ali  

CBS congress 2019, Nanjing - Great live case FFR (Abbott) vs. CAFFR (RainMed). It demonstrated the potentials of bringing huge clinical benefit for coronary physiology assessment non-invasively, by using the RainMed’s FlashAngio caFFR console and the FlashPressure consumables.

RainMed’s non-invasive FFR solution leverages the CFD (computational fluid dynamics algorithms) and its fast computing power. It takes clinicians 3 mins done with the FFR assessment(includes the manual operation time). It is the only one worldwide commercially available CFD based FFR. The clinical trial publication shows its high diagnostic accuracy in general (95.7%) and high accuracy (89.9%) in the critical zone (0.75-0.85).

The live case was performed by Prof. Ziad Ali (Columbia University Medical Center) and chaired by Prof. Spencer King.

In the LAD，FFR is 0.87，CaFFR the value is 0.86 .

In the D1，FFR is 0.93，CaFFR the value is 0.87（Unused adenosine） .
