FlashAngio caFFR System
The FlashAngio caFFR System (hereinafter referred to as caFFR) is a coronary angiography-derived fractional flow reserve measurement system. The system calculates FFR values based on a three-dimensional (3D) model of the coronary arterial system restored from two angiograms, the TIMI frame counting method to obtain the flow velocity, combined with real-time aortic pressure and the optimized computational fluid dynamics (CFD)method.
The caFFR obtained CE certification and China NMPA certification respectively in 2019. It overcomes the limitations of conventional pressure guidewire-derived FFR and is characterized by safety, efficiency, precision, and simplicity, etc. It has been widely recognized by experts at home and abroad, achieving a zero breakthrough in the export of domestic FFR products.
Non-invasive, no vasodilators, no contraindications.
It only takes 2-3 minutes to calculate FFR value in real-time based on the optimized computational fluid dynamics (CFD) algorithm and therefore guide the operation.
The FFR value is calculated based on the 3D reconstruction of the angiograms, the principle of TIMI frame counting, real-time pressure collection, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The FFR result is accurate compared with the pressure guidewire-derived FFR, the consistency can reach 95.7%.
