Interview with Professor Huo Yong from Peking University First Hospital
 
The FlashAngio FFR System, led by the First Hospital of Peking University and independently developed by Suzhou Runmad Medical Technology Co., Ltd., has completed clinical trial research. Professor Yong Huo spoke highly of the FFR value measured by FlashAngio FFR System.
 
Prof. Yong Huo: We have entered a new era in the assessment of coronary artery stenosis. We are required not only to assess the degree of coronary artery stenosis, but more importantly, to assess coronary artery pathology, physiology, and blood flow reserve. Today I am very happy to see a new system that uses angiography images, FlashAngio FFR measurement, led by the First Hospital of Peking University and developed by Suzhou Runmad Medical Technology Co., Ltd. The clinical research has been completed. The results of the clinical research are highly consistent with the results of accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and FFR determined by the pressure guide wire, which can fully meet the needs of clinical applications. This system and similar Angio FFR system The difference is that the most important thing about this system is the addition of a device that is more convenient for correction and more accurate aortic root pressure measurement. In this way, the data measured by Angio FFR is more accurate, more stable, and reproducible. I hope that the launch of this type of system will benefit our vast number of patients with coronary heart disease, improve the development of interventional therapy, and reflect the patient-centered, accurate concept of coronary interventional therapy. thank you all.
