Recently, the 16th Oriental Congress of Cardiology was grandly held. Meanwhile, RainMed’s Satellite Meeting was also held at noon. During the conference, Junbo Ge, president of OCC Conference, chief of cardiology department of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University and academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the results of Flash III trial. This exciting research result has aroused enormous experts and scholars' attention and heated discussion. In addition, the role of functional evaluation was discussed in the research progress of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and the coronary microvascular disease. Cases guided by caFFR and caIMR were shared.

The meeting has won the attention and support of many domestic authoritative cardiology experts. Chief of cardiology department of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University and academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Junbo Ge served as the president. Professor Yong Huo from Peking University First Hospital, Professor Hong Jiang from Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, Professor Wenhua Lin from Teda International Cardiovascular Hospital and Professor Lixia Yang from 920th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of People's Liberation Army of China served as the hosts. Professor Jun Jiang from The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Professor Chunguang Qiu from The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Professor Qing Jin from Yanan Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University served as the speakers.

"Microcirculatory dysfunction is an important cause of myocardial ischemia." Academician Junbo Ge said. The use of IMR to assess coronary microvascular dysfunction has been recommended by relevant guidelines and consensus. The traditional guidewire-based IMR detection technology requires pressure guide wire, hyperemic agents, and repeated injections of SPSS. Since the operation is complex and risky, it is mostly used in scientific research rather than daily application. caIMR offers new opportunities for microcirculation assessment, providing opportunities for large-scale clinical application. Research shows that the accuracy of online and offline measurement was as high as 93.81% and 94.69% respectively. caIMR has a high consistency with guide wire-derived IMR.

The satellite meeting demonstrated the advantages of RainMed's caFFR and caIMR in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Especially, the highly accurate clinical trial results of caIMR announced by Prof. Junbo Ge indicate that caIMR can replace guidewire-based IMR as a new technology for quantitative measurement of coronary microcirculation, and open a new era of clinical non-interventional coronary microcirculation diagnosis. The excellent academic achievements and clinical performance of RainMeds caIMR have been highly praised by experts and scholars around the world. Academia at home and abroad has been eagerly looking forward to this first upcoming worldwide functional measurement product.

In the future, RainMed Medical will continue to uphold the purpose of " Targeted medical services for people's health", innovatively launch vascular interventional surgery robot to gradually form an "unmanned operating room". Clinicians will be free from tedious, time-consuming work, and the majority of patients will be offered innovative treatment solutions.
