Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the first cause of death in China, with the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability rate, high recurrence rate and high mortality rate. In the "Healthy China Action (2019-2030)" released in July 2019, The State Council included the "action to prevent and treat cardio-cerbrovascular diseases" as one of 15 major special actions.

According to the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, we will implement the Healthy China strategy, build a basic path and platform for joint contribution and shared benefits, promote extensive participation of the whole society, and meet the growing health needs of the people.
